Past Players La Trobe University Football Club is striving to not only provide a high achieving sporting and academic environment whilst studying but maintaining its connections throughout member's future lives. To Facilitate this, a Past Players Society was formed to oversee communication between Football Club Alumni, provide on field support and guidance to the current playing group, and mentoring the progression from university student into the workplace. The Past Players Society are involved in the organising of special events (link to special events page) including the Friends of La Trobe Day, Alumni Day and Sponsor Events. With the club at the forefront of university and global initiatives, the Past Players Society have provided experience and nouse in the most efficient and successful implementation of special projects, such as development of the women's team, La Trobe University Football Clubs fight against sexual assault and club leadership program.
